- Store Credit, for all non sale items, if return is postmarked or returned within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

- No refund for any shipping charges.
- Customer must pay return shipping.

- If the item you receive is damaged or defective: please email us within 3 days of receipt at thepinkbox2@gmail.com regarding the issue.
- Please include a copy of your receipt/return form with your return.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
