Online Return Policy -
  • Full refund for non-sale items (except dresses,) if return is postmarked within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Dresses are online credit only, if shipped back within 14 days of date you receive your order.
  • Online credit, for all non sale items, if return is postmarked within 8-14 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Online credit can be used on line only.
  • If you loose track of online credit, please contact us at and we will help you locate it.
  • No refund for any shipping charges.
  • All sale items are final sale.
  • If the item you receive is damaged or defective: please email us within 3 days of receipt at regarding the issue.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt/return form with your return.
  • Returns will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
  • You will receive an email confirmation that your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
  • You may return merchandise to shop, however, it will be processed via the online store processing system.
  • Colors may vary due to photography equipment, lighting and computer monitor setting. Clothing patterns may vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
